One of the best tips I learned from my personal trainer was not how to make my butt smaller or arms more toned, but rather to use a shower cap when I am pressed for time at the gym.
It's such a simple idea, not to mention very inexpensive, but it does wonders for cutting down my time in the locker room. If you're like me, and blow drying your hair is just not an option, using a shower cap while showering allows you to really get under the water without worrying about getting your hair wet.
