Losing weight and getting fit don't happen overnight, so if you need a little tangible motivation, check out this video. This guy was out of shape and decided he would eat healthy, work out, and monitor his progress by taking a picture once a day for a year. His before and after pictures are astounding, but it's even more amazing to see the transition happen right before your eyes.

All of us have excuses for not working out — all of us except Robert Kraft, who has run through hurricanes, pneumonia, and crippling back pain. The Miami resident, nicknamed "The Raven" for his all-black attire, has jogged the same eight-mile route every single day since January 1975. This weekend I happened to catch an Outside the Lines segment on ESPN about the runner and found it alternatively inspiring and bittersweet.

Bikini season is at its peak, so how come we've lost motivation at the gym? Probably because we're bored!
We've gone full force leading up until Summer and then we run out of ideas to keep us motivated.

Breakups happen all the time. It's a common thing, but this girl didn't get depressed or turn to food to make her feel better. She turned to exercise, and overcame the sadness by doing something that made her feel stronger both physically and emotionally.
