Accusing someone of having an eating disorder is a serious thing, and Tori Spelling has been the object of recent accusations due to her extremely thin figure. Critics thought she was too thin in February after she quickly lost her baby weight. Before she just brushed off comments about her small frame, but now she's setting the record straight.

Former Beverly Hills 90210 star, Tori Spelling, has always sported a thin frame. After giving birth to her second child, she quickly lost the 50 pounds of baby weight in only about six months. She did it all on her own, by watching what she ate, walking and swimming with her family, and doing strength training moves like crunches and squats.

After seeing photos of Jessica Alba's rockin' body just two months after she gave birth, Tori Spelling's initial reaction was disbelief that she, too, would be able to quickly bounce back to her pre-pregnancy weight. Tori had gained 50 pounds during her second pregnancy, and after giving birth just six months ago, the mother of two is sporting a teeny bikini in In Touch magazine.
Six months is longer than the time it took Jessica Alba to shed her baby weight, but losing weight is not a race.

One of my favorite ways to burn off some serious calories with my hubby is by kickboxing and it looks like Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott feel the same way. (Sidenote: Didn't she just have a baby? She looks amazing!)
Kickboxing is part boxing, part martial arts and part aerobics all in one.

It amazes me how celebs like Tori Spelling, Jessica Alba, and Christina Aguilera have slimmed down so quickly after having their babies. Another new mom, Naomi Watts, can join that list too. The 40-year-old actress is already close to her pre-baby figure since giving birth to her second just about a month ago.

It seems so. I am not trying to make all you cat people (sorry Giggle) feel bad about your chosen companions, but a recent finding out of Queen's University in Belfast has found that when it comes to health, dog owners take the cake.
Dog owners tended to have lower blood pressure and cholesterol as well as fewer minor ailments and serious medical problems.
