One of the hardest things about traveling over the holidays is adjusting to the time change (if your travels require one). The key to feeling good is to get adjusted to the new time zone quickly. One thing I suggest is to set your watch (to the new time) on the airplane before you take off (from your origin).

Who isn't looking for more ways to get and stay happy? I've heard a lot of random things, but, "I'm just too darn happy," is not one of them.
Time.com has created a list of the top 20 ways to get and stay happy and I think it's important to point out #5 on the list: Move your body.

They also require a bit of attention, compromising a good workout — you can't turn pages while doing sprint intervals.
