What Do You Think About While You're Working Out?
Food - what to make for dinner, how I've worked enough to enjoy a treat later

It's simple: We need food to live. It gives us the energy our body needs to run properly, down to organ functionality and bone health. We're lucky to be able to choose the food we consume most of the time, yet the convenience of unhealthy foods and stress-related emotional overeating have made it easy for many of us to have unhealthy relationships with food.

So you need to buy a new pair of sneakers for running, or maybe for soccer. Regardless of what activity you need the shoes for, here are some things to think about for choosing the best pair of sneakers:
- Wear the appropriate shoes for the appropriate activity. If you're going to be running, it's not in your best interests to wear tennis sneakers.

It's a big movie weekend, for sure. With New Moon finally out, I've already committed myself to spend an afternoon at the theater — the only complication is that I'm not so fond of the movie-theater fare. It's an admittedly challenging place to stick to healthy food choices, since there usually aren't any to begin with.

Thanks to a healthy attitude — and a little encouragement from hubby Seal — Heidi Klum is working to get her body back in shape after baby number four. Still, if you're expecting the supermodel to take a turn in the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, you might be surprised to learn that she won't be walking the runway this year, but playing hostess duty instead.
In an interview with US Weekly, it seems this mom is a little more realistic when it comes to shaping up her body after giving birth.

Dear Fit,
I just got off the phone with a friend and I need some advice. She says for breakfast, she eats one Balance Bar. I know some bars are fortified with vitamins, but this doesn't seem like enough to me — calorie- or nutrition-wise.
