I've been coveting a sparkly tank to peep out from under my military jacket, but I can't justify the pricey tag that comes with it. Off to find something else to dazzle . . .

Gear Review: LOLË Silhouette 2 Tank Top

I thought when it came to good workout gear, I was pretty much in the know; turns out I was wrong. So when LOLË - a Canadian-based company specializing in activewear for women that I had never heard of - contacted me about its new Spring-Summer line, I was curious. After looking at the company's website and getting a sense of its philosophy, I was excited. LOLË is an all-encompassing line of clothing devoted to women who lead active lives, love to be outdoors, love to laugh, and want to look feminine.

When I first received the Silhouette 2 Tank Top ($60), I was pretty apprehensive. Disclaimer: sport tanks with built-in bras usually don't work for my larger-on-top frame. Still, I loved the color (sage green) and the design, so I wanted it to work. Guess what? It totally did! Once I took out the removable soft pads from the inner bra, the tank fit perfectly. Because my girls need extra support I still wore my own bra underneath it, but the built-in bra did not cut me off along the chest like most inner bras do.

Gear Review: Under Armour Tank Prevents Chafing

Now that it so unbelievably gorgeous outside, I'm inspired to run for longer periods of time. The problem is my normal tank tops have seams that irritate the inside of my arms. If you have that problem too, check out the Under Armour HeatGear Movement Tank ($45).

You can see in the photo that the seams are moved to the back and the front, so even on an hour long run, I didn't have to worry about anything rubbing my skin. I also love the wide straps, since thinner straps tend to dig into my shoulders and leave marks. I also really appreciate the built-in sports bra and that the higher neckline kept my cleavage covered. Also the racerback style let me move my arms easily in all directions without any sense of constriction. Another great thing about this tank is that it wicked away my sweat, so even though my face was dripping, my shirt stayed dry and comfy. As if I didn't already love this tank enough, the name of this color is Pink Sugar. How cool is that? It also comes in Black, Clover (green), and Salsa (red). Urban Outfitters Heartbreaker Ombre Racerback: Love It or Hate It?

On Our Radar: Stella McCartney Limited-Edition Tank

In case you didn't quite make it to Glastonbury for the music festival last month, Stella McCartney is bringing a little piece of the fun to Yoox.com.

She originally created this limited-edition tank, $50, for the Glasto festival. She explains: "The t-shirt is inspired by all the airbrushing my mum and dad used to get made in the '70s."

The tank will be on sale starting July 24 (tomorrow!), and proceeds benefit the Oxfam charity, whose aim is to end worldwide poverty. Ever the Robin Hood, that Stella is.

Get Your Butt in Gear: 2 Bathing Suits in 1

Whether you've been swimming at the pool all winter, or you're looking for a new suit to sport on the beach, check out these from Diamondback.

There are 2 models: One with thicker tank straps for added support, and one with spaghetti straps for a more feminine look.

Both are $64, and reversible, so it's like getting 2 bathing suits for one price. They're made of 2 layers of a nylon/lycra spandex blend so they'll be extra supportive and not at all see through (I hate that).

The tank version comes in red/black and navy/red, and the spaghetti strap suit comes in black/blue.

Relax Already: Get a Fish Tank

I love all animals, and when I was in college, my tiny apartment would only allow fish. So, I took what I could get, and I've had a fish tank ever since.

Originally, I got fish for some company, but I realized that having them around is really relaxing. I love to hear the gentle bubbling of the filter and watch the graceful movements of the fish's shimmering fins. It has a wonderful calming effect on my mood.

Want to know how you can set-up your own peaceful community tank? Then

read more Having a fish tank is really fun because it's really not a lot of work - you feed them once a day, change the water twice a month (more often if you have live plants, less if you have goldfish), and clean out the filter twice a month (alternate doing this with the water changes). You can go to a pet store and they'll have all you'll need, and be able to answer all your questions. Just so you know, you need to set up the tank with water and the filter running without fish for a few days. You can also go to town picking out different plants, colored gravel, and interesting tank decor. I'm partial to mermaids myself. Then, you can add a few small, inexpensive fish, and let your tank cycle for 4-8 weeks (it takes this long to establish the right kind of bacteria in the filter that removes the toxins that your fish poop out). After the 4-8 weeks, if the original fish you put in there are doing well, go ahead and pick out some more fish. Keep in mind that the fish you buy may grow, so don't get too many fish - an overcrowded tank will stress both you and your fish.

This super cute tank ($40) has built-in support (shelf bra), ribbed trim and stylish cross-over straps.

The light jacket ($65) has cool ruching and a great contoured fit. Wear it on your way to the gym and home. It's a great layering piece.

This semi-fitted studio pant ($55) has a flat waistband and cooling mesh behind the knees. Fitted through the hips and thighs but looser from the knee down.
