Let's face it, working out in the Summer is a very sweaty activity. If you don't do laundry every day — and really, who has time to — you need multiple sports bras if you work out regularly. My collection of support has grown over the years.

Dear Fit,
I always wanted to get into running and my New Year's resolution was to be able to run 30 minutes straight, four times a week. I've kept it up until the Summer sun and heat got the best of me. Now I can barely do 15 minutes and I'm exhausted.

I have always held Winter squash in greater esteem than the Summer variety, since zucchini and crook neck squash seem to pale in comparison nutritionally. But it looks like I was wrong, because Summer squash has a lot to offer.
One cup of zucchini provides about 15 percent of the recommended daily intake for vitamin C and 10 percent of vitamin A.
