Kate Hudson Pushes Baby Bing in a Missoni Bugaboo Stroller

Move over baby Skyler, there's a new tot in town strolling around in the year's most fashionable stroller. He may only be 6 weeks old, but Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy's son, Bing, is already showing his stylish ways. While Mom and Dad grabbed a bite of lunch in North London today, their lil one rested in Bugaboo's Cameleon stroller with a Missoni fabric package. Currently back ordered, the $270 Cameleon Missoni Accessories Package, which also includes a cotton blanket in the designer's signature chevron pattern, is quickly becoming the fabric of choice for this year's crop of new moms. The stroller is a bit fancier than the Bob Revolution and Silver Cross umbrella strollers Kate pushed when Ryder was little. Also adorning the baby's ride was one of our favorite baby blankets, Aden and Anais' Jungle Jam Swaddle ($50 for four). Looks like Kate and Matt's son is starting out life with some popular choices!

When the going gets tough, the tough go walking? Lil ones aren't always the speediest beings, and when mama's in a hurry, they have a knack for moving at a snail's pace. Getting in and around the mall, or through a busy zoo, is often easiest when they're off their feet and in a stroller. But in an age of childhood obesity and general lack of physical activity, there's growing judgment about older kids being pushed through the day in a carriage.

The popular blog TooBigForStroller.com pokes fun of parents who can be seen pushing children who are obviously old enough to walk. Though funny at first, the site has drawn the ire of parents who say they just aren't ready to give up the convenience of the pushchairs. When did you put on the brakes and send your tot walking?

Pet strollers can be a heavy subject for some folks – to stroller or not to stroller. But for me, it's pretty cut and dry - I think North would freak out if I tried to put him in this instead of walking him! With celebs making pet strollers more popular, it seems that I see them everywhere now! Although this may be great for older doggies that can't walk too far, or even kitties (since we know fresh air is good for them too), I think it might be best to walk Fido . . . since it's exercise after all! But, if you do have a pup that needs a stroller, this model from Snooty Pets ($190) can have your dog out and about with you, minus the leash. What do you think? Good News for Moms With Strollers

Here is some good news for mom's who like to run with strollers...

A study from Texas A&M found that running with a stroller provided a much more intense workout than running without a stroller and there was no difference in stride length and overall running gait. In other words: Your form is not compromised by pushing the stroller. This is good news for any of us moms that were thinking it was a bad idea to run with the stroller. So get out there and get a really good workout, without having to get a sitter. Just make sure you've got a stroller that can handle it such as a Baby Jogger.
