It is no secret that I am a huge fan of multi-tasking which is why I am loving this two in one bike trailer / stroller combo from InStep ( $149.99). What a great concept!
You can pack your little one into the trailer, bike to your destination - let's say your local farmer's market.

I've mentioned the benefits of jogging with a stroller and apparently Brooke Shields was listening. Recently we've seen her running around with her two kids in this awesome jogging stroller.
I was determined to locate the stroller and have found it!

Here is some good news for mom's who like to run with strollers...
A study from Texas A&M found that running with a stroller provided a much more intense workout than running without a stroller and there was no difference in stride length and overall running gait. In other words: Your form is not compromised by pushing the stroller.

It's great when you can get your kids involved in Winter exercise, but let's face it — they won't have the energy to go out for a long excursion. If that's the case, or if they're just too young to wear skis or snowshoes, you can tow them along behind you.
Check out the Chariot XC Skiing Child Transport System (CTS) Kit ($210).
