You may have noticed that I am always trying to convince you guys to do a 5K or a fun run and it turns out that NikeTown has the same motive in mind.

The NikeTown 5K (or the NikeGo 1 Mile) is dedicated to youth physical fitness and 100% of all entry fees will be donated to the local Physical Fitness, play and athletic program of your choice! Stay Cool on the Run: Hydrate Your Head

Strong sun and heat can make outdoor runs more challenging, and a big concern is the risk of heat exhaustion. To stay cool while running on a hot day, make sure to hydrate your head. Sound silly? Keep reading for this fail-proof tip.

Before heading outside, head to the bathroom and soak your hair by sticking your head under the faucet. Squeeze out some of the excess water, but leave it pretty wet, and then wrap your hair into a bun. If you have supershort hair, soak your head and a bandana, and wrap the wet cloth around your head. As you run, the cool breeze on your wet head will not only feel refreshing, but it will also help prevent overheating. On really hot days, carry a water bottle and periodically pour some water on top of your head to rewet your hair.

Stretching before a run has always been a little iffy in our playbook. It's hard to lengthen muscle fibers before they're warm and trying to do so can lead to injury. But warming up is still a good thing, so try an active warm-up.

Kristen Stewart slipped out of her Reem Acra gown and into a Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt and sexy black shorts for Robert Pattinson's Cosmopolis Cannes Film Festival afterparty. Earlier in the evening, Rob hit the red carpet solo at the film's formal premiere, while Kristen stuck close to his best friend, and her On the Road costar, Tom Sturridge. The trip to France came right in the middle of Kristen's international Snow White and the Huntsman press tour. The film opens in theaters June 1, and Kristen's headed back to the states next week for a few more promotional stops. As for Rob, he's in the running for two of the hottest roles in Hollywood. New reports say Rob's considering the part of Finnick Odair in Catching Fire, the follow-up to The Hunger Games, and he's among the sexy guys competing to play Christian in Fifty Shades of Grey.

Beyoncé took the stage at the Revel resort and casino in Atlantic City last night, ready to put on a high-energy show for the sold-out crowd of 5,500 fans. In her first major performance since giving birth to daughter Blue, she pulled out all the stops and changed into four jaw-dropping costumes. Ralph & Russo created Beyoncé's couture looks, which are encrusted with more than 500,000 Swarovski crystals, and took into account her high-energy dance routines when coming up with the designs. For her part, Beyoncé delivered a two-hour set of her hottest tracks. From "Run the World," one of her more recent hits, to "Single Ladies" to "Halo," she kept the crowd on their feet all night. Perhaps one of the most surprising moments of the night came at the end of the show when Beyoncé shared new personal photos and film clips, including an image of the singer holding baby Blue in her arms.

Meet the Euro Pop Princesses of the '60s: Yé-Yé Girls

Are the yé-yé girls having resurgence? First there was Megan's infamous Mad Men song and dance number, and now they've come up again in Wes Anderson's latest film Moonrise Kingdom. In the film - set in 1965, a year before this season of Mad Men - Suzy Bishop is one half of the lovesick preteen couple at the center of the movie. While her style is clearly fashioned after the yé-yé girls, Suzy's interest in the pop singers is brought up at one point when she shows her love interest, Sam Shakusky, her favorite album, Tous Les Garçons Et Les Filles by yé-yé girl Françoise Hardy. Later in the movie, Sam and Suzy have a very entertaining dance scene on the beach in their underwear to her song "Le Temps de l'Amour" ("The Time of Love").

Derived from "yeah! yeah!", the yé-yé movement was comprised of female pop singers from France, Québec, Italy, and Spain. The themes and lyrics of the songs, often written by men like Serge Gainsbourg, were deceptively innocent, as the girls beamed sexy naiveté. One not-so-innocent song Serge wrote for yé-yé singer France Gall was "Les Sucettes" ("Lollipops"), which was really referring to oral sex. It included the line, "Annie loves lollipops, aniseed lollipops, when the sweet liquid runs down Annie's throat, she is in paradise." As a self-proclaimed Wes Anderson junkie, I was ecstatic to see his latest film Moonrise Kingdom this week. And considering I was either smiling or tearing up (or both) the entire 94 minutes, I'd say it was a hit. The camp-themed coming-of-age film has all the recognizable Wes Anderson-isms fans of the director love, and the young star-crossed lovers at the center of the sweet story really just melt your heart. Set in the '60s on a New England island, the film follows Suzy and Sam, troubled preteens who write love letters to each other before deciding to run away together. Wes Anderson's films always incorporate a romantic coupling, exes, or love triangle in them, and the characters involved are usually full of witty advice and observations on relationships. So see some of my favorite couples and ex-couples from Wes Anderson movies along with their lines on love's redeeming, disappointing, and confusing qualities.

The annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala took place at the Hotel du Cap in France yesterday. The glamorous event has occurred during the Cannes Film Festival for almost two decades and this year brought out many stars, including a L'Wren Scott-clad Julianna Margulies and her husband Keith Lieberthal, as well as Alec Baldwin and his fiancée Hilaria Thomas. Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger, in Chanel, continued their red-carpet run with another appearance for the cameras after stepping out most recently for the Nights in Monaco Gala in Monte Carlo. Kirsten Dunst chose blue Louis Vuitton gown and sat with boyfriend and On the Road costar Garrett Hedlund during dinner. Milla Jovovich, who we chatted with last night at L'Oréal's bash, wore a metallic look by Atelier Versace while Kylie Minogue brought a pop of color in red. Petra Nemcova also chose the bright hue while model Doutzen Kroes went with white.
