Instead of doing the same old Valentine's celebration, which for my husband and I, consists of stuffing ourselves with food and wine and eating our chocolate hearts and passing out on the couch, this year we're aiming for a healthier Valentine's Day celebration away from the kids. We don't have the cash or the time to get on a plane and fly somewhere exotic so we've opted to do a one night yoga retreat close by.
