I'm sorry, but I couldn't live off that diet for the res to of my life! I usually eat what I want, becuas ei know my body is craving ti for a reason.
1I go to the gym and do cardio and weight trinaing so I know I'm a'ok!
You can soooo tell she's sucking in her stomach.

7honestly, she doesn't look all that fit or healthy to me, so i feel like maybe she should refrain from chatting about her "diet tactics" or whatever until she has a little more to show for it.

She's always trying a new "diet". Once she did a diet where she ate "morsels" of anything she wanted...kinda flaky if you ask me. Oh, and she isn't sucking it in, she's wearing Spanx. They will hold in any jiggle you have. I wore them under my wedding dress and they seriously made me lose a size.
