March means it's time to start mixing Spring salads, and since artichokes are one of my must haves this month, allow me to tempt you with this big green bowl of Mediterranean flavors. If you're anything like me you love your morning cuppa' joe. Just one cup feels so good, but I can't help that little, health conscious voice inside of me telling me I should be drinking green tea instead. However now there is healthy coffee to consider...

Tonight was one of those nights when I didn't really feel like making an elaborate meal for dinner. Mostly I just didn't want to have to clean up a big huge mess - I know you know what I'm talking about.
Good thing I had a bag of Alexia fries in the freezer.
