Marisa Miller is in a bikini-body league of her own. The Victoria's Secret model is flaunting her all-natural stuff on the June cover of Shape, and inside, the California surfer girl shares her tips and philosophies on eating and working out.
Marisa lives by this fitness-focused health mantra: "Working out is not a luxury, it's a necessity."

Which of these stunning supermodels was recently quoted saying this?
"If Star magazine or whatever wants to print a picture of me on the beach from the back, at the worst possible angle, and say that I have cellulite, I'm like, Guess what? I do, and I never said I didn't."

While supermodel Helena Christensen says she's obsessed with food, she doesn't attribute her smoking good looks to any trendy superfoods. In the April issue of InStyle UK, the gorgeous 40-year-old gives her rigorous fitness regimen credit for maintaining her model body and says, "I'm in better shape than I was at 25 because I'm actually doing something physical."
She's leaving it open for us to assume that she didn't exercise when she was in her 20s, and it's hard to believe that she looked as good as she did without working out.

The cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue is a coveted one among models, and this year Bar Refaeli landed the job to entice subscribers before they've even flipped to page one. In a word, the Israeli bombshell looks incredible in a seemingly effortless photo shoot on the beach.
SI interviewed its 2009 cover girl and asked her if she pays attention to diet and exercise, "or is it all natural," and Bar's answers suggest she embraces moderation in both areas.

No pain, no gain? This old saying may be true even for the most genetically blessed among us — Victoria's Secret Angels. They may have great genes, but these lingerie models subscribe to the glue that binds goal-oriented women: hard work and discipline.

A combination of healthy diet and dedicated exercise is the ticket to achieving an in-shape physique, and Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio put this philosophy into gear during the two and a half months following the birth of her baby. She more than held her own next to her fellow Angels strutting down the runway at the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show last weekend where she sported lingerie and hard abs.
According to Alessandra's trainer Leandro Carvalho, "She gained quite a lot of weight.

Flip through any Victoria's Secret catalog and you'll see Marisa Miller's gorgeous face and body gracing the pages. Marisa has always been one of my favorite models, I think it's because of the freckles, but it could be her amazing body, either way I was thrilled to see her on the cover of Fitness Magazine this month.
Miller opens up to Fitness about her, well, fitness.

OK, so I am still amazed that I am liking these fitness videos from Ford Models but they are pretty good. Kim is super cute and she's not your typical rail thin model, which makes things easier for us 'regular' women. In this video she shares her love of exercise bands and gives us a couple of great moves.

I am always looking for good workouts online, but when I came across this treadmill program from Ford Models I prepped myself to really hate it. I was definitely wrong here, since this quick little video actually gives us a great treadmill workout -- One that you can add to your boredom busting repertoire at the gym.
Try it out and let me know what you think.

Some health studies make headlines and they seem quite shocking and sad, like this one from CNN: Tweens Challenged by Grown-Up Malady: Breast Cancer. Others bring out my inner fourth grader, and my response to them is sophisticated "no duh." But stories are often more complicated than their headlines, and it is nice to have scientific studies confirm a few assumptions.
