Chocolate Meditation
We live in a fast paced society and sometimes it can be really hard to slow down. We also are a snacking culture that has bad habits of eating mindlessly in front of the TV. I have been trying to meditate everyday...on a piece of chocolate. I eat one square of dark chocolate slowly. I don't chew it and I don't rush it. I sit down and appreciate the chocolate. I savor it.
