I don't know if it's just me, but I've realized the adjective for foods on menus can be an eye opener on whether or not the food is good or bad for you — without even knowing what the food is. Restaurants can't say, mixed with full-fat whipping cream or contains about a stick of butter so they use adjectives to pleasantly describe the food.
