Depending on your health history or medical conditions, some people rely on prescription medication in order to remain healthy, active, an in some cases to live. I am thinking of medications like asthma inhalers, insulin, and heart medication. I really don't like having to rely on taking medication every day in order to breathe, but I couldn't do everything I wanted to without it; and I'm so grateful that it's available.

According to numbers compiled by the Kaiser Family Foundation the top ten medicated states, based on the number of retail prescriptions filled per capita annually, were in the South.

Now every muscle in your legs is screaming with pain so you're going to take some pain medication, but you want to avoid the one that can cause liver damage.
