Dear Fit,
I've been on a health kick for about three months. I'm exercising four times a week, eating well, and am proud to say that I've been dropping pounds and am halfway to my goal weight. My only complaint is that I've also dropped a cup size, and am worried my chest will get even smaller.

I have been posting about celeb moms and their slim down secrets. It is interesting to get a glimpse into the celebrity world, especially if you have dealt with working off the pounds that accompanied your nine month journey to motherhood. I do, however, want to provide a little reality check: these women have resources that regular, normal, non-celeb moms do not.

As 2007 is well under way, maybe you're not making as much progress as you wish you were on your new year's resolution to get healthy.
Best friends, husbands, parents and even coworkers may seem to have the best intentions but their actions may not agree. It is important that you, and your close ones, realize that your decision to get healthy is a positive one and also not one that you are pushing on them.

I am going to Hawaii with my boyfriend and his family on June 4th and I don't have the best body. I'm 5'8, 145lbs, and a size 10. I have pretty thin limbs, but I have way too much fat on my upper thighs, upper arms, tummy, love handles, and back.

Spring is around the corner and so is bikini season. This time of year is when I receive queries from readers concerned that they are not losing very much weight, even though they are dieting and exercising after hibernating on the couch for the dark months of Winter. In the questions on this subject I have received recently, the Sugar readers have all noticed that their clothes are looser and their body's are firmer, but their scales have barely budged.
