Apr 29 2009 - 3:00am A quick and healthy meal is always appreciated in my life. Since I've had great luck with Kashi's frozen entrées like Pesto Pasta Primavera and Black Bean Mango, I was excited to try its Tuscan Veggie Bake ($5).
This entree is vegan, so it's low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
Thanks for reviewing this! I absolutely love the Black Bean Mango and Mayan Harvest Bake but I had no idea that this was out there. I'm always on the lookout for quick and easy vegan lunches,
so this is perfect.
Have you tried the Sweet Asian Potstickers by Healthy Choice? They're delicious!
I haven't tried this dinner yet but I am hooked on the Kashi Pockets! The Chicken Rustico is so delicious and filling and just awesome. The veggie pocket is a close second, but the turkey
pocket is kinda mediocre. Overall - YUM!
Thanks for the review, I don't think I'd go for all the onions and eggplant in this dinner, but I am going to go read the reviews of the other Kashi dinners now! I don't know how I've missed
these Kashi reviews.

I like this one too. Got it with my free entree coupon from Kashi.
