Sure, your chances of becoming a Victoria's Secret model may be as remote as winning the lottery, but looking like one is an entirely different story. When Miranda Kerr needed to tone up fast after giving birth to son Flynn with actor Orlando Bloom, she turned to FITiST celebrity trainer Andie Hecker to whip her back into supermodel shape.

"She came to me shortly after Flynn was born so we needed to I focused on pulling her abs back to Victoria's Secret model-flat and strengthening and toning her arms so she could easily and safely tote her growing baby around," says Hecker, founder of LA-based dance studio Ballet Bodies.

Their workout routine consists of Pilates fused with ballet techniques, a fat-blasting combo that burns 300 to 500 calories per workout. "Ballet Bodies is a classical ballet-based workout," she explains. "It's actually a workout that utilizes true ballet fundamentals placed atop Pilates, traditional personal training, and various cardiovascular activities such as jumping and kicking."

To do Kerr's postbaby arm workout at home, incorporate these four moves into your regular workout four to six times a week. Add one- or two-pound hand weights for "optimum muscle exhaustion and results." Get the workout after the break!

If you've been feeling sluggish and bloated, it's time for a new morning ritual. Celebrity trainer Valerie Waters always starts the morning with this prebreakfast, preworkout drink. It's a simple way to get a jump-start on your daily fiber, omega-3s, and other nutrients, and helps with elimination to keep you feeling bloat-free.

Valerie recommends it to all her clients, famous or not, "I can't tell you how many people said it made such a difference," she says. "Most people don't get enough fiber, and they especially don't get enough fiber when they are cutting carbs, and they're cutting carbs because they eat too much crap and that's where their bad foods are - carbs. When they're on my plan and I've asked them to take those out and focus on vegetables and fruit and sweet potatoes and things like that, I get them to drink this to increase their vegetable intake to bring the fiber back up. It also helps them during the detox period because it helps with elimination."

Glee-ful Highlights From Episode "Heart"

It's Valentine's Day at McKinley, and everyone gets in on the action in this week's episode of Glee. For the lesson, Mr. Schuester wants everyone to choose a great love song to perform, which means a lot of the action takes place in the relationship department. Finn and Rachel try to get everyone excited about their upcoming nuptials; Brittany and Santana deal with scrutiny of the nature of their relationship, and Mercedes and Sam may love each other, but they just can't seem to get it together.

At first, I was pretty excited that "Heart" was going to be an episode full of musical numbers, but it feels a little plot driven for my taste. Regardless, there's a lot happened this week, so get in on all details after the jump.

Victoria Beckham Shops Miu Miu on Valentine's Day

Victoria Beckham left Miu Miu's NYC boutique earlier today after a Valentine's Day shopping spree. She's been in the Big Apple since late last week prepping for two Fashion Week presentations. Some major stars stepped out to see her signature label, the Victoria Beckham Collection's Fall 2012 designs on the catwalk Sunday, including her biggest fans, David and Harper Beckham. Tomorrow she'll showcase her more affordable pieces. She'll send her Victoria by Victoria Beckham frocks down the runway, and it appears Posh is eager to get a jump on the unveiling as she tweeted a photo of a new print called "Frockerella" today.

Jennifer Aniston Rocks a Bra For a GQ Shoot With Paul Rudd

Jennifer Aniston wore a bra and a skirt to cover the March issue of GQ with her Wanderlust costar Paul Rudd. The issue, which is out on newsstands Feb. 21, was shot by Jen's pal Terry Richardson - see all the pictures of Jennifer Aniston in GQ. Jen and Paul's romantic comedy hits theaters on Feb. 24, though Jen, Paul, and her real-life love Justin Theroux will be side by side for Thursday's LA premiere. Jen and Paul chatted about their film in the accompanying interview, and she also addressed the joys of aging, not being pregnant, and how to make a marriage work. Here are highlights:

Jen on pregnancy rumors: "I’m not having triplets. Not having twins. Nor am I having one baby. [lifts up sweater and gestures to belly; it appears flat] I did not elope . . . You heard it here. I’m not knocked up now."
Jen on marriage: "It’s a growing, literally living thing. There’s going to be growing pains, there’s going to be awkward moments - your lanky phase, your pimpled phase. I think that’s the beauty of a relationship. But if the road starts to [Paul jumps in to say, "diverge"] and one person is growing this way and the other is growing that way . . . Sometimes that can happen and you can stay together, and sometimes you can’t."
On her 40s: "Forty’s great!! . . . Oh, my God, my thirties blew! Forties are great."

Count Your Roses to Decode Your Valentine's Hidden Message

As old superstitions fade and Emily Post-like etiquette evolves, you're probably not counting the number of roses or orchids or hydrangeas you received today (or, like most people, didn't). But the number of roses a man once gave a woman held hidden meanings, so check out what your Valentine either intentionally or, more likely, unintentionally told you today.

One rose: Love at first sight, or years later "you are still the one."
Two roses: Mutual love and affection . . . so you may owe him two roses!
Three roses: The traditional three-month anniversary gift also simply means "I love you."
Six roses: Infatuation, or "I want to be yours."
Nine roses: A big jump up from six, nine roses symbolize eternal love or "I want to be with you forever."
10 roses: A perfect 10 means "You are perfection."
12 roses: A dozen is like picking the best heart from a Sweetheart candy box, it means "Be Mine."
13 roses: Thirteen may be a baker's dozen, but not so in love. Its meaning is actually disputed: Teleflora says it means you'll be friends forever, but several other sources, like Love Letter Box, say it means you have a secret admirer.
15 roses: Does he have a reason to apologize? Because 15 roses means "I'm sorry." If not, take it as credit for future remorse.
20 roses: The red starts to get excessive around 20, and supposedly that means "Believe me, I am sincere toward you." Usually, sincerity does not need to be proved with quantity, but that's just me!

Valentine's Day doesn't just have to be about giving affection to your significant other. It can be about showing your appreciation for the people and things that make your life awesome. Take your laptop, for example. Your window to the vast Internet, your laptop works really hard for you without asking much in return. Give your laptop a little TLC this Valentine's Day with these tips that will keep it happy and healthy all year long.

Clean it up - Giving your laptop (or desktop) a thorough cleaning is essential to extending its life. Back up any data you may already have stored (on an external hard drive or a portable flash drive), organize your desktop icons, empty your computer's trash on a regular basis, and clear out any programs you don't use. This will help free up space and keep you on the fast track to productivity.
Practice proper shutdown habits - Shutting down all open programs and putting your laptop to sleep instead of just closing the lid will help your computer stay cool and safe while in transport. But if you've had your laptop in a cold environment, let it warm up to room temps slowly before turning it on. This will keep condensation and dew at bay, which can ruin your computer's sensitive guts.
Protect your investment - If you're going to be lugging a laptop around, make sure it's protected in a padded case!

Miranda and Orlando Have a Family Lunch With Flynn

Miranda Kerr dined with her mom, Therese, and her two guys, Flynn and Orlando Bloom, at Potts Point in Sydney earlier today. The foursome smiled as they left the restaurant, and Flynn even got a lift from grandma. Flynn celebrated his first birthday last month, and at the time Miranda said he was just on the cusp of walking. Now, Flynn is starting to strut his stuff like his supermodel mom.

Miranda won't hit the catwalk at New York's Fashion Week, but she will meet with fans in Australia tomorrow to share skincare secrets and suggest Valentine's Day gift ideas. Miranda and Orlando got a jump on the holiday when they lounged poolside with Flynn, sipping champagne and sharing sweet kisses, last week. Honest Abe Is a Badass in the Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Trailer

If you thought that author Seth Grahame-Smith's genre mashup novels like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies would make for cheesy films, then you may be surprised by the electrifying Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter trailer. In the adaptation of Grahame-Smith's novel, our 16th president is re-imagined as a man with a passion for more than politics - he's a vampire-killing machine. This version of Lincoln (played by newcomer Benjamin Walker) has been motivated to kill the vampires who haunt America because his grandfather and mother were victims of the supernatural monsters. Politics comes into it when Lincoln learns that the slave trade is perpetuated by vampires, who are using the people for food, so Lincoln sets to end slavery and thus cut off the vampire food supply.

While I'm still pretty skeptical that this film could come out still feeling gimmicky, the trailer is actually pretty intense. Walker plays Lincoln like we've never seen him before: fierce, agile, and seemingly unstoppable. I'm far more curious about this movie now than I was before, so to see if you feel the same, watch the trailer after the jump.
