It's the weekend and we're all looking for a way to relax. Most of us also use the weekends to catch up with the significant other in our life, which is not always as relaxing as one would hope. This weekend, get physical (and relaxed) by giving each other massages.

What is it about spring that warrants a good deep cleaning of the house? This weekend I have major plans to get down and dirty and I'm not taking it on alone, my husband will be right there with me.
Cleaning, while not the most fun activity in the world, is necessary.

Did you know that men are likely to die, on average, nearly six years earlier than women -- and they have higher mortality rates for many of the leading causes of death in America, including heart disease, accidents, suicide, chronic liver disease, and cancer?

I'm a huge fan of The Office, mostly because I've loved following the romance between the adorable receptionist Pam and her co-worker, now husband, Jim Halpert. A seemingly silly public service announcement helped Debra Bader save her husband's life. The couple was walking in the woods when 53-year-old Christopher Bader suddenly collapsed from cardiac arrest, the same heart problem that recently led to Michael Jackson's death. Thankfully, Bader recalled the American Heart Association's campaign from last year, teaching people that the Bee Gees song "Stayin' Alive" has a perfect tempo to match the recommended pace of chest compressions.

When I was in college, my roommate loved to listen to relaxing music to help her fall asleep. I thought it'd keep me awake, but it turned out to be a great way to de-stress and drown out the sounds of screaming people in the hallway. I kept the habit until I started dating my now-husband, since the only way he can fall asleep is with complete silence.

Sharing a bedroom with a snoring partner can be unbearable. I know a couple that keeps separate bedrooms simply because the husband snores so loudly his wife can't make it through a night without waking up. A new study looking at the long-term effects of the snoring surgery says that radiofrequency ablation (RFA) may be the hope that this couple and so many others have been looking for.
