&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sneak in some cardio. &lt;/b&gt; When weight training, get your heart going by running in place between sets.  Or why not find a jump rope!!!
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt; Do Multitasking moves.&lt;/b&gt;  Challenge more than one body part at a time. Combine bicep curls with forward lunges.  Add an overhead press to your squats.&lt;br /&gt;
