Air pollution affects our health, but most of us think about the air outside being polluted - not the air in our homes. When I recently posted my Almond Berry Banana Yogurt Smoothie recipe, FitSugar reader andrennabird had a brilliant idea — add greens to your smoothies. It's a great way to get more nutritious leafy greens into your diet, without even tasting them. With local and organic food having such a high price tag, it can be hard to eat in a sustainable way. One way I've gotten around the high costs is by joining a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). The idea of a CSA is pretty simple — consumers pay farmers directly for a portion of their crop.
