I am really getting into these short little workouts from Kim and Ford Models. They're easy to understand and relatively fun to do, so check it out. Most gyms have fitness balls, but you can always purchase your own. I love the ballast ball because it is weighted so it stays in place where you put it. OK, so I am still amazed that I am liking these fitness videos from Ford Models but they are pretty good. Kim is super cute and she's not your typical rail thin model, which makes things easier for us 'regular' women.
