You're probably busy with a lot on your plate: exercise, kids, dog, work, grocery shopping, socializing, etc. I'm sure you barely have enough time to shower every day, let alone do all those little household things you're supposed to do like wash out your garbage can (eww mold) and vacuum under your bed (sneaky dust bunnies). Changing my sheets goes along with that, too. In a perfect world, I'd put fresh sheets on the bed once a week, but realistically speaking, I admit that doesn't always happen. For my face's sake though, I definitely make sure to at least change my pillowcase every Sunday. Just think about all the oils, hair products, lotions, (and drool) that come off your head and onto your pillow. All that gunk can clog your pores and cause breakouts. Prevent acne breakouts by changing your pillowcase at least once a week. If you can, toss your entire pillow into the dryer to kill bacteria that collects in there.

I don't want to be a downer, but I just read that according to the Skin Cancer Foundation, nearly 77% of people are not using sunscreen regularly.

Victoria wore a monochromatic look from her Victoria Beckham Collection, which she showed at Fashion Week on Sunday. She was back in designer mode this afternoon when she presented her lower priced line, Victoria by Victoria Beckham. David wasn't spotted in the front row this time, though he did support her by snapping pictures during her show over the weekend. Victoria and David celebrated with lunch at Balthazar, where Harper joined them. They kept the fun coming last night, when David captured a silly shot of Victoria with his huge H&M underwear billboard and posted the caption, "So proud of my wife taking #NYFW by the balls."

The Burden of the Working Mom: Fact or Fiction?

If you've been part of an office environment while pregnant or as a parent, chances are, you've faced challenges (and some judgments, too) that are nonissues to your co-workers. In a recent article for Forbes.com, Victoria Pynchon states her case for the working mom, admitting frustration when her "mom employees" would have conflicting obligations but also noting that she now realizes that it wasn't necessarily their fault. She writes:

As I look back on the problem for both me and the working mother, I realize that my law firm simply failed to take into account the existence of working mothers on my team when planning my staffing needs. This was not rocket science. There was plenty of work for women to do at home if they had to relieve a babysitter or pick up a child at 6 p.m. If I needed a live, warm body in the office, better management on my part and better support from HR could easily have solved the problem.

According to a set of statistics presented by Dina Bakst, cofounder and copresident of A Better Balance: the Work & Family Legal Center, absences because of illness, injury, or medical problems are often two to three times as high as absences because of "child care problems, other family or personal obligations, civic or military duty, and maternity or paternity leave."

Sure, your chances of becoming a Victoria's Secret model may be as remote as winning the lottery, but looking like one is an entirely different story. When Miranda Kerr needed to tone up fast after giving birth to son Flynn with actor Orlando Bloom, she turned to FITiST celebrity trainer Andie Hecker to whip her back into supermodel shape.

"She came to me shortly after Flynn was born so we needed to I focused on pulling her abs back to Victoria's Secret model-flat and strengthening and toning her arms so she could easily and safely tote her growing baby around," says Hecker, founder of LA-based dance studio Ballet Bodies.

Their workout routine consists of Pilates fused with ballet techniques, a fat-blasting combo that burns 300 to 500 calories per workout. "Ballet Bodies is a classical ballet-based workout," she explains. "It's actually a workout that utilizes true ballet fundamentals placed atop Pilates, traditional personal training, and various cardiovascular activities such as jumping and kicking."

To do Kerr's postbaby arm workout at home, incorporate these four moves into your regular workout four to six times a week. Add one- or two-pound hand weights for "optimum muscle exhaustion and results." Get the workout after the break!

Dark Tide Trailer: Halle Berry Goes Swimming With Sharks

Halle Berry plays Kate, a shark expert who stopped swimming with the fearsome creatures when her mentor was attacked and killed by a great white. Her fear is enough to keep her out of the ocean until she gets the opportunity to revisit the shark-infested waters on the dime of a danger-seeking businessman, alongside her ex-boyfriend (Olivier Martinez).

Any movie with a great white baring its teeth brings up my lifelong Jaws fear, but the movie feels like a cheesy sequel to Into the Blue or The Deep Blue Sea, only with the inclusion of an Oscar winner.
