I'm big on fitness classes, but tend to stick with Pilates, yoga, or something slower-paced — usually afraid that I won't be able to keep up with a class that requires any dance technique. My exercise solution came in the form of Crunch's Cardio Tai Box class — a class that gets you moving without a required-knowledge of dance choreography. All you need to know?

Two years ago, Victoria Beckham didn't find working out so posh and admitted that she didn't like to sweat. My how things have changed.

I love feeling a good burn in my lower body, and I know most of you do, too. Celebrity trainer Tracy Effinger — she's trained Renée Zellweger, Eve, and Will Ferrell — put together an effective workout that focuses on our lower half, and her Squeeze Lower Body Challenge ($20 $15) only takes 30 minutes from start to finish. I popped this in first thing in the morning for an energizing way to start my day, but it would be a great complement to a cardio workout.

Sometimes, even after the most romantic evenings on what's considered the most amorous holiday, the only thing that seems like a reasonable conclusion to the day is letting your head hit the pillow. To put a positive spin on hitting a weight-loss plateau, you have to remind yourself that at least you're not gaining weight. Once you can see that the glass is half full, you can rev up for adding some serious exercise to your plan. When you are trying to lose weight, you need to do cardio, and lots of it.

Shiva Rea is one of my favorite yogis, and I love both her Creative Core Abs, and Creative Core + Lower Body DVDs. So, of course, I was psyched to try the third DVD in her core series, Creative Core + Upper Body ($10). It involves a flowing sequence of core-focused postures that are all about sculpting your abs, back, arms, and shoulders.

Even if you can't make it to Exhale, the exclusive mind/body spa in New York and LA, you can still feel the effects of its Core Fusion classes. Heidi Klum and Cameron Diaz rave about this Pilates, yoga, and core conditioning regimen, which is now available in a pair of Core Fusion DVDs designed by the founders of this signature workout, Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito.
The two videos — Exhale Spa: Core Fusion Body Sculpt ($15) and Exhale Spa: Core Fusion Pilates Plus ($15) — include the top moves you'd do if you took the class, but for much less money.

I have always been an Anna Kournikova fan, but now even more so than before.
The hot tennis starlet is teaming with the Cartoon Network on an all-new healthy lifestyles DVD program entitled "Get Animated with Anna Kournikova" that will teach kids fun, creative ways to stay healthy and active in any typical indoor classroom setting. The program shows that every child can find a way to raise his or her heart rate, burn some calories and become more fit.
