For those of us who sneak out of the office to get in a quick workout at lunch, anything that can cut time down in the locker room is helpful.
- Forget layering sports bra and shirt, instead slip into an all-in-one sports top with built in bra.
- Only pack the necessities in your bag so you're not left fumbling around to find your gear. I like to put my socks inside my shoes the night before so they're already together.
- Avoid spending time unraveling iPod cords by investing in a cord keeper.

Most of the time when I head to the gym during the day, I am rushing around when I get ready so I can come back and blog for you, my fabulous readers. Unfortunately I feel like my shampoo routine is a time killer and sometimes I just don't feel like shampooing because washing it once (and sometimes twice) a day can leave my hair so dry. So, DearSugar recently introduced me to 'Dry Shampoo' and I am loving it.

Drug Warning
In 2007, the FDA requested the manufacturers of omalizumab (Xolair) to include a “boxed warning” emphasizing that this drug may cause a severe and life-threatening allergic reaction (anaphylaxis). Health care providers need to carefully observe patients for 2 hours after they receive an omalizumab injection. However, because an allergic reaction can occur up to 24 hours after the injection, patients need to know the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis and how to self-administer emergency treatment.

Treatment
Psoriasis that develops on the hands or feet is often very difficult to treat. However, an advanced clinical trial showed that a medication called efalizumab (Raptiva) effectively cleared or nearly cleared moderate-to-severe symptoms in adults after 12 weeks.
Several studies have shown that most people with severe psoriasis who are treated with infliximab (Remicade) have significant improvement in symptoms by week 10.
