You can't very well toss the disk around or play a game of Ultimate Frisbee without a Frisbee, can you?
Check out these Ultra Star Discs - they're The Official Disc of the Ultimate Players Association and the choice of teams worldwide. These have been the leading Frisbee sold and used since Ultimate Frisbee was introduced in 1981 (that's pretty impressive).

Warmer weather always makes we want to go for a nice long walk in the park. I always see college kids, running around barefoot, and tossing around a frisbee.
Some ladies are causal frisbee tossers, and others take the game much more seriously.

Hey Fit,
I've been having issues with my sciatic nerve lately, I was wondering if you could post some stretches and/or yoga poses that would help with sciatica? Thanks!

If you need a new exercise to add to your strength-training routine that will target your quads, inner thighs, and glutes, check out this fun, yet effective, exercise. You need one of those discs like the Valslide, but if you don't have one, just use the lid of a plastic container and do this move on carpet. Or wear socks and do it on a wood floor.

Surgery
Kyphoplasty, a surgical technique used to treat spinal fractures, does not improve a person's back pain or quality of life, according to a review published in 2006 by a nonprofit health services research agency. Kyphoplasty should only be done if bed rest, medicines, and physical therapy do not relieve back pain.
Ultrasound
Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to deliver gentle vibrations to an area of the body.
