I'm always looking for dieting tips and while I think we all have the same theory behind our tips it is great to get a different perspective every once in a while. Here are some great tips from DietsinReview.com. Some tips you may already know, but here are some ideas for ways to keep healthy eating in check:

There are so many diets out there that it's hard to keep track of them all. Wouldn't it be nice if there were one place where you could go online to get reviews of all the latest diets?
DietsinReview.com is a cool new site where you can find reviews of nearly 100 diets and weight loss plans, including weight loss supplements like the ever-so-controversial OTC pill alli.

The FDA might consider stevia an "unapproved food additive," but you can find it sweetening the zero calorie diet soda Zevia ($5.99 for a six pack).

Although I'm not a huge fan of DVDs that have the words "weight loss" on the cover, I did love the Weight Loss — Cardio Sculpt video I reviewed a while back.
Here's another video from that series called Weight Loss — Cardio Kick ($15). This DVD follows the same format of a few minutes of cardio, and a few minutes of strength training with weights, so it goes by really fast.

The contrast between Ten Years Thinner ($26) and The Thrive Diet is a case in point.

I read a very sad and unfortunate tale of an English bride-to-be's death after crash dieting. After eating only 530 calories a day for 11 weeks, the 34-year-old collapsed. Having weighed 244 pounds at the start of the controversial LighterLife diet, Samantha Clowe had lost 42 pounds when she collapsed and died of heart failure.

When I flirted with being a vegetarian in college, my parents told me tales of a collegiate basketball player from their co-ed days. The athlete decided to eat a plant-based diet and subsequently was injured all the time. My parents seemed to think that meat was a form of injury prevention.
