Diamonds may be forever, but a meteorite, well, a meteorite that once flew thousands of light-years from the edges of the solar system is forever ever. The Meteorite Heart Pendant ($85) from Etsy shop ThePolkadotMagpie is made from real meteorite chunks discovered in 1967.

Composed of iron and nickel alloys, iron meteorites are believed to be made up of the core of planets that broke apart billions of years ago and traveled the universe until they one day hurtled to Earth.

The density of meteorite makes it a tough material to work with: a heavy-duty, large band saw and grinder are used to shape the hearts. Practicalities aside, the pendant is a romantic way of showing your love that you'd wander the depths of space for them, just like this shooting star.

Well, it's our reality. Supercollector Irene Albright has got all that and so much more - uh, diamond-dusted paintings anyone? Her library is the ultimate resource for designers looking for inspiration, fashion editors, and celebrity stylists hungry for their clients' career-defining dress. Albright, who's known as "the editor to the editors," houses her collection in a monster closet; 7,000 square feet of racks, drawers, hooks, and boxes filled with loot you could browse forever. We took a tour (that we never wanted to end), plus we grabbed all the inside deets from Albright and her equally fashion-forward daughter, Mina. Now that we know the address, our lunch breaks just got a lot longer.

Beyoncé Wants to Heat Up the Fragrance Biz

In what's sure to be one of the biggest perfume launches of 2010 - if not the entire decade - Beyoncé Knowles is set to launch her first scent in February. Expected to earn $100 million in its first year alone, Heat is the first in a series of scents to be released by the the superstar.

“I’ve been working on it for a while now," the singer told WWD. "I was on tour for a year, and I have meet-and-greets with fans. I’ve never in my life gotten so many compliments. Coty has their own testing, but that was my testing! The fans loved it."
