I recently took a trip to Canada to see the Body Worlds exhibit (a MUST see by the way), and happened to notice that they have these really bold messages on their cigarette packs. Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

I am not much of a soda drinker. After repeatedly reading that liquid calories are the bane of weight loss, I am not often tempted by soft drinks. Even the promise of a calorie-free soda doesn't sway, since diet soda is not really good for your health.
