Brooks wants you to run, and now they're encouraging your kids to run too. This may seem cruel, but it sure gets those kids moving. Too bad there aren't cheesecake trucks or bacon-wrapped scallop trucks because this could totally work for grown-ups too!

Brooks wants you to love running, but the brand realizes that there are some unpleasantries tied to the sport. So they're offering free nipple taping. How sweet of them to want to help out. After seeing the commercial below, all I can say is thank god for sports bras.

I'm one of those people who is easily moved to tears, and being both a health fanatic and a mom, this commercial about quitting cigarettes really tugged at my heart strings. I happen to think it's a really effective commercial, but what's your opinion? Do you think it would inspire someone to quit smoking?

Special K Commercial: Ridiculous or Harmless?

A Special K commercial was recently brought to my attention. Many folks are upset by the woman in the ad contemplating skipping breakfast to lose a few pounds, and she is clearly not overweight. Take a look and you be the judge.

I do agree that skipping breakfast is not the answer to weight loss, but neither is showing a healthy, beautiful woman as the image of someone who needs to lose weight. To me, they have a good message, it just comes across the wrong way in this commercial. What do you think?

Some of us have a love/hate relationship with running. Although it is the most accessible form of cardio since all you need is shoes, if that, but getting out the door to run can be quite a challenge. I'm in a love/hate relationship with running. Often I hate doing it because it's physically hard, and difficult to fit into my busy life. Although I also love it because it makes me strong and calms me down.

I think a lot of people must hate running more than they love it, and New Balance is trying flip people's attitudes the other way. Check out their new commercial and tell me, how are you in a love/hate relationship with running?

No More Excuses

Since I showed you an ad campaign that I was not really fond of, I wanted to now show you one that I really enjoyed from Nike.

I literally laughed out loud when he said, "I feel bloated," as I have definitely used this one around that time of the month. I love this commercial for so many reasons but mainly because it reiterates how excuses are just that, excuses.

Since we've all used them, be sure to check out all my favorite excuses for not working out so you can stop making excuses and start moving.

I recently stumbled across this commercial for USA Weightlifting. I think it's cute and motivational. I'm personally impressed with the you-go-girl mentality of it, especially since weightlifting is such a man's world.

You all know that strength training is super important. So why not start lifting today?
