The eight-episode series will air in 2010 on NBC. Celebrity trainer David Kirsch's tips are all about the backside in his aptly titled upcoming book, Butt Book. Supermodel Karolina Kurkova was so impressed with Kirsch's ability to shape her booty that she affectionately calls him "Master of the Ass." High praise from someone whose job is looking hot in little clothing.

Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson is no stranger to pet projects. Not only did he help Jennifer Lopez train for her triathlon last Fall, he also teamed up with Molly Sims to help the canine set get some more exercise with the PetFit Challenge. These days he is teaming up with Gatorade to spread the fitness word, which he did at the G Gym during the Sundance Film Festival.

Years ago, I used to dance around, high impact aerobic style to Madonna's first album (sing with me "I'm burning up, burning up for your love"), so I find it humorous that over 20 years later I am dancing around my living room with Madonna's trainer. Well not actually with Tracy Anderson, but with her new Cardio Dance Workout DVD ($30).
Anderson believes that dance cardio is the perfect aerobic workout for creating long, lean muscles and a feminine, toned physique.

We are surrounded by TV, movies, and magazines, making it hard not to notice gorgeous celebrities. I know they get paid to look good, and they definitely have some help along the way. I'd give away my iPod nano in a second for just one hour with Madonna's trainer.
