Thanks to a healthy attitude — and a little encouragement from hubby Seal — Heidi Klum is working to get her body back in shape after baby number four. Still, if you're expecting the supermodel to take a turn in the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, you might be surprised to learn that she won't be walking the runway this year, but playing hostess duty instead.
In an interview with US Weekly, it seems this mom is a little more realistic when it comes to shaping up her body after giving birth.

It amazes me how celebrity moms have not only lost all their baby weight and look as amazing as they did pre-pregnancy, but they do it in a few months or less. It seemed to be the year of celebrity babies in 2008, so it makes sense that we've been hearing so much about the famous new moms' post pregnancy bodies these days. Giving birth makes many new moms have more appreciation for their bodies, and all of the women who gave birth this year should certainly feel proud of themselves. While all new mamas deserve honorable mentions for the hard work they put in to getting back to a healthy pre-baby weight, you voted that Jessica Alba deserves the best post-pregnancy slim down after she gave birth to her daughter Honor this year.
Jessica's trainer Ramona Braganza said that Jessica works out for an hour, five or six days a week, and following her pregnancy she was into the 12-week 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout.

Of course we're all curious what she is doing to look so great and People recently revealed that credit is due to her trainer Ramona Braganza's, who also trains Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway, workout plans. Here's a twist on pregnancy cravings: LeeLee Sobieski is eating less, not more, ice cream now that she's sporting a baby bump. The young actress, most recently seen alongside Johnny Depp in Public Enemies, tells Us magazine that she's craving stomach-soothing ginger and kid-friendly comfort foods like macaroni and cheese.
Though soul-satisfying, comfort foods are not known for their health benefits.
