I'm a big fan of Ginnifer Goodwin, mostly because I love Margene, her character on the hit HBO series Big Love. Margene brings a wide-eyed naivete to the show, and to me seems like a very unlikely candidate for polygamy. After all, she was the babysitter.

An easy way to get healthy this year is resolving to bring your own lunch. By doing so, you know exactly what's going into your meal — not the case when eating out. Even something that seems healthy like a takeout salad can be full of hidden calories.

When we first met the lovely Carrie Underwood on American Idol, as you can see from the photo on the left, she was already slim and beautiful. But five years later, this 5-foot-3 star has really toned up, going from a size six to a teeny size two. Proud of her body, this amazing singer isn't afraid to bare all in a bikini.

Dear FitSugar,
I have a dilemma. Before my job started requiring me to do field work, I used to eat healthy lunches (steamed veggies, brown rice, grilled/steamed chicken or fish). During lunches on field, my colleagues usually go to street food stalls and we eat oily "home-cooked" fare and white rice.

It's a big movie weekend, for sure. With New Moon finally out, I've already committed myself to spend an afternoon at the theater — the only complication is that I'm not so fond of the movie-theater fare. It's an admittedly challenging place to stick to healthy food choices, since there usually aren't any to begin with.
