If you're looking to get fit for your big day then you might want to enlist some help. There are a lot of ways to do your pre-wedding training with programs designed with brides in mind. Just keep in mind, it's best to start any fitness training at least 4-6 weeks before the big day.

If you're planning a wedding-related party, anything from an engagement party to a bachelorette bash, why not do something a little different? Since weddings are pretty stressful, everyone will appreciate a party that'll help release some of the tension and anxiety. I'm talking about a Yoga Party, and it's sure to encourage some calmness, self-reflection, and emotional renewal, which every bride and bridesmaid need.

Not living in NYC means that while I don't get to regularly enjoy the amazing fitness opportunities there, I can most definitely enjoy telling you guys about them.
If you're in Manhattan you need to check out the gym, which is one of latest gyms to hit the NYC scene. Not only is my favorite color (orange) incorporated into the cool layout, the gym is committed to true fitness.

Since wedding planning can be really hectic, why not relieve some stress by trying something new with your fiancé? When yoga poses are done with another, especially someone you care about, they can relax your mind, open your heart and deepen your connection. Yoga is great on your own, but when you practice Partner Yoga, you can achieve what you never could alone.
