If working out with a barbell has always intrigued you, but you feel a little intimidated wielding a big stick with weights attached all by yourself, then you should definitely check out BodyPump. These hour long classes are structured entirely around working all your major muscles, and then some, with a barbell and some hand weights thrown in for good measure.
Using differing weight amounts (the weights can be easily changed and lock onto the bar bell), you alternate between working the lower body, upper body and abs.
