1 Bosc Pear, sliced
1 ounce creamy Blue cheese - like Danish
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Spread a thin layer of cheese onto the pear slice and sprinkle with nuts. YUM.
Why we like it:
Pears are high fiber and have a good amount of vitamin C.

The thing about salads is that if you don't get creative, they can be pretty darn boring. This is why my mouth started watering when I read user tshellyedwards's post on a Warm Steak and Blue Cheese Salad in the Lite'n It Up Group. I am always looking for creative salad ideas so I'll definitely be trying this one.

If you've been trying to fool yourself into thinking that a concoction of vegetables and saturated-fat-laden creamy dressing is healthy, it won't take long for your waistline to notice.
Enter your salad and weight-
friendly dressing, the vinaigrette.
