Weddings - sometimes they seem to be made of equal parts love and stress. No matter if you planned an enormous wedding or an intimate event, there are so many details to keep in line along side processing the notion of lifetime commitment. I'm a big fan of Ginnifer Goodwin, mostly because I love Margene, her character on the hit HBO series Big Love. Margene brings a wide-eyed naivete to the show, and to me seems like a very unlikely candidate for polygamy. After all, she was the babysitter.

I consider myself a healthy person who takes care of myself by exercising regularly and eating right (I write for FitSugar so I have to toe the line), so when I became pregnant with my first about four months ago, it was important for me to keep up with that healthy lifestyle. Running was always a big part of my exercise routine, so if you were an avid runner who now also has a baby on the way, here are some tips on keeping up with your running routine.

One way I've been eating healthier this year, is by practicing mindful eating. What I mean by that is I'm really taking the time to be aware of the food I eat. By doing so, I'm developing healthier food habits and eating in more responsible ways.
