We have all heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but a new study reveals that an orange a day may keep the wrinkles away. Yep. Eating foods rich in vitamin C, not taking supplements, seems to help prevent wrinkles. Researchers also found that diets high in linoleic acid, found in both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, promoted younger looking skin by reducing dryness and thinning. Read more
