You know what a huge fan I am of LARABARs. I love how they taste, but most importantly, I love that the ingredients are just fruit and nuts.
Another thing I love is that there are so many different flavors to choose from like Cashew Cookie and Chocolate.

Fiber is a necessity for your body. Not only does it keep you regular and help get rid of toxins, but getting enough can also help lower your cholesterol and prevent heart disease and certain cancers. Women are encouraged to consume between 25 and 30 grams a day.

I have tried many sugar substitutes in my day. Mostly out of curiosity and in a vain attempt to quell my sweet tooth. In my search I must say that agave nectar works the best for me.
