HEALTH GUIDE REFERENCE FROM A.D.A.M
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that is brought on by memories of an extremely stressful event or series of events that cause intense fear, particularly if feelings of helplessness accompanied the fear. That event may be war, physical or sexual assault or abuse, an accident (such as an airplane crash or a serious motor vehicle accident), or a mass disaster. You can develop PTSD if the event happened to you or even if you witnessed it.

Airplane meals were notoriously bad, so I must admit I don't really miss them. Airport food is really only one step up in my book. It can be very difficult to find something decent and healthy to eat when flying, so I usually pack my own food.

Environmentally speaking, little things can make a difference. A lot of little people doing a lot of big things can make a HUGE difference. Some extreme environmentalists are trying to do just that, in a movement called No Impact.
