Since the air is getting chilly, I know I need some upbeat music to get me moving and warm me up. I can always count on old school Madonna tunes to inspire me to move. Not only do her songs have awesome beats, but knowing she works out doing Ashtanga yoga and jogging to get that strong and chiseled body motivates me to work hard too.

I just stumbled across MyWalkingMusic.com a new website that lets you download songs ($.99/song) for all your walking/jogging workouts.
The best part is that you get to pick how fast you want each song to play (118-134 beats per minute) based on how fast you walk. I was hesitant at first because I walk pretty fast and don't want to be listening to the chipmunks singing on my iPod, but the music quality is still pretty good despite the speed.
