If you've seen Jennifer Lopez's new video for "I'm Into You," then you know the star had to bare a lot of skin for the shoot. Jennifer told E! News that there is no amount of makeup or clothing you can hide behind when wearing a revealing outfit:

"You can hide a lot with good clothes, but when you’re doing a video, you really can’t because the clothes get smaller. It’s like all the sudden my stomach’s out! 'Oh no! Is that what I'm gonna wear?' Oh Lord, OK. I better start doing Tracy Anderson [workouts] six times a week now.

Jennifer's sentiments are pretty on point with how a lot of women feel when they've got an event in the works. Many brides slim down before their wedding, and celebs often ramp up workouts before hitting the red carpet; I'm even guilty of working out a little harder before the Summer hits.

Jessica Simpson is the latest celebrity to join Tracy Anderson's growing list of A-list clients. The star is enlisting the celeb trainer, who is best known for working with Gwyneth Paltrow, to help her get in shape for her upcoming nuptials to Eric Johnson. Tracy has designed a routine specifically for Jessica's needs that includes dance aerobics, ab work, and strength training.

Tracy told Us Weekly that Jessica wants to "look healthy" and "is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift." For the last few weeks Jessica has been working out four times a week for 75 minutes each time - that shows definite commitment! We also wonder how much Jessica's diet has changed since meeting her fiancé, who follows a vegan diet; cutting back on meat is often an easy way to lose weight. Whatever it is, the work is paying off: Jessica looks great on the cover of this week's New York Magazine.
