Do You Usually Have Your Worst Night's Sleep on Sunday?

Sunday evening rolls around and I am already thinking about my alarm going off early Monday morning. It seems that I am not alone. In a recent UK sleep survey, 60 percent of the participants answered that Sunday night was the worst night of sleep for the week. A quarter of those workers also admitted to calling in sick for work on Monday due to lack of sleep. I am not sure my sleep is affected, but I know that I go to bed thinking about work rather than counting sheep.

Weekend Well-Being: Get a Pedicure

Winter is a beautiful time of year, filled with days on the mountain, nights sipping hot cocoa, and snuggling in front of a good movie.

Unfortunately, winter and feet don't really get along too well. You're always cramming your toes into boots that don't let your feet breathe. I hate how my feet feel so constricted - my feet are always cold, so they're usually hidden away in socks.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Travel Down Under With Their Girls

The whole Kidman-Urban family stepped out in Sydney yesterday. Nicole carried 1-year-old Faith while Keith held onto Sunday's hand. The foursome recently traveled Down Under, where Keith will appear on the Australian version of The Voice. He'll mentor a group of singers along with other coaches Seal, Joel Madden, and Delta Goodrem in the series, which will air sometime this year. Keith's been the one singing lately, since he hit the stage at the Grand Ole Opry for his first post-throat surgery show earlier this month and had two concerts in Texas over the weekend. He's not the only star to recently recover from the vocal cord procedure since Adele made her own return performance at last night's Grammys.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Arrive in Bosnia Holding Hands

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continued their travels today with a stop in Sarajevo, where Angelina is attending a press conference and a screening of In the Land of Blood and Honey. Angelina has received plenty of recognition for her directorial debut, and she was honored with a Cinema for Peace award just last night. Brad was by her side at the show after he attended Sunday's BAFTAs solo. Blood and Honey is also currently in competition at the Berlin Film Festival, where Angelina and Brad posed for the cameras together over the weekend. The red carpet fun will continue at the Oscars later this month since Brad is nominated for best actor and Angelina will be presenting. "I'm Worried I'm Marrying Too Young"

This week's confession comes from our anonymous Confession Booth group in the TrèsSugar Community. Weigh in with your advice below.

I'm 20 about to turn 21, my boyfriend is 21. Weve been together for almost three years, we'll be moving in together in a couple months and plan to get married next year. We've never had huge problems, nothing to make us question our compatibility or future together. We are each other's first partners and we're a bit uneducated in the field of love and life experiences. But we're not immature or wild young kids, he's a cop and I'm in nursing school, it's not like we're trying to figure out our lives.

I'm just a little scared because I keep hearing getting married before 30 is too soon, you'll grow apart and all that. I also hear you should date at least seven people before you settle down. I know what I like in a man, I know my boyfriend is great but all this talk is worrisome. I love him and want things to work out, should we wait until we're older?

The only thing that would make me leave him is if he cheated on me, sure sometimes I get annoyed by him but we've never had problems. I think why wait until we're thirty when we're both mature and know who we are? I always hear, well you're different in your twenties, wild and just looking for fun. In your thirties you're an adult, mature. But I think that's how we are now, we're both on the same page. All this talk about divorce makes me scared to get married, but I really want to . . . what are your thoughts on age of marriage, about my situation?

We usually come up with plenty of fun, social activities for you to do over the weekend, but let's get savvy and down to business this weekend. It may feel like a chore to complete these tasks, but you'll feel so much better after you're done with them!

Do Your Taxes: Crank that music up and get to it! If you've been procrastinating on filing your tax returns, pull up your sleeves and tackle them this weekend. It's better to do them on the weekends when you're relaxed rather than a workday when you're all weary from working the 9 to 5. Set aside Sunday night to do them, and you'll thank me for it!.
Organize Your Receipts: Dump all the receipts out from your bag, wallet, and pocket, and put them in a designated box or folder. You can also test out Shoeboxed, which is a free online service that can automatically track and organize your online and offline purchases. All you need to do is snap pictures of receipts on your cell and email them to Shoebox or mail in paper receipts to the company, and they will organize the information for you.
Plan Your Work Lunches: If you're resolving to bring your lunch to work every day, you need to craft your meal plan on the weekend so you won't be rummaging around your fridge for scraps during the early mornings.
De-clutter Your Home: Spend the weekend de-cluttering your home and getting rid of the excess things that you don't need. First figure out what areas you need to tackle and take a look at a list of my suggestions.
