I gaze out past the middle finger of my left hand into the Hollywood Hills as my right quad quivers holding Warrior 2. This is when Bob Harper, trainer from The Biggest Loser, says, "You might be feeling a bit of heat in your thigh right about now." He's teaching a yoga class to a few bloggers and ladies of the press, and we all laugh as our legs burn.

I really enjoy baking and find the weekends are a great time to make sweet things with my sweet things. My girls love baking too. When making sweet treats, I do try to substitute with healthy ingredients when I think I will not be sacrificing the texture and flavor too much.

Jessica Szohr has it going on: Besides working as an actress on Gossip Girl (and snuggling up to Chace Crawford on-screen) and displaying enviable style, it seems she also has a relatable attitude toward health and fitness. PopSugar was lucky to attend the Juicy Couture 5th Avenue flagship store opening in NYC where Jessica spoke about how she stays fit during the holidays.

Drug Approval
In 2006, the FDA approved the use of clopidogrel (Plavix) for patients who have had a STEMI heart attack and who will not be having angioplasty. A STEMI is a very severe type of heart attack caused by sudden and total artery blockage.
Angioplasty and Stents

Uterine Artery Embolization Versus Standard Surgery
Many women with fibroids are considering a procedure called uterine artery embolization (UAE) as an alternative to standard surgery such as hysterectomy or myomectomy. A study published in 2007 in the New England Journal of Medicine compared these treatment approaches. The study suggested that UAE results in shorter hospital stay and faster recovery time, but a small percentage of women may later need repeat embolization or a hysterectomy.
