In fact, the actress credits her husband, screenwriter David Benioff, as being her healthiest habit.

Fans were pissed when Kelly Clarkson showed up on the cover of Self a few months ago clearly Photoshopped. She didn't mind though — Clarkson has said in several interviews that she's OK with her photos being retouched and that it's a reality of her job.
Self copped up to retouching the image, stating that it often adjusts lighting and color of photos, as well as altering its images to present the "best version" of the model to the audience.

After looking at the 100 largest metropolitan areas in America, Burlington, VT, came out on top as Self magazine's "fittest, healthiest, and happiest" city to live in for women. The magazine studied almost 8,000 different pieces of data in 50 categories and consulted a panel of experts to come up with its rankings. Information factored into the creation of this list includes rates of diseases, air quality, unemployment statistics, and health habits such as exercise and smoking.

Last year I was excited to tell you about Self Magazine Workout in the Park, so thanks to user HipMom for reminding me of this year's event.
Self Magazine Workout in the Park is a full day event of working out and fun in select cities nationwide where you'll get access to tons of classes (yoga, dance, Pilates, etc.) and exercises all in one day. Tickets are only $20 ($25 at the door) and that includes a one year subscription to Self.

With the holiday season in full swing — presents to buy, meals to prepare, hardly a moment to hit the gym — it's easy to quickly become stressed out. And stress can trigger a load of other health issues, so it's best to keep our stress levels in check. While we're inclined to choose a not-so-healthy snack to put our stress at ease, there's a better solution in the way of food.

When Victoria Beckham came out as a gym addict earlier this year, people were more than a bit incredulous. Well Posh's fitness routine is once again in the news. It seems she didn't feel her old regimen of running eight miles six times a week was enough to prepare her body for her recent Emporio Armani ads with hubby soccer-stud David, so she implemented daily workouts.
