We've been counting down the
biggest headlines of 2008, and we'll be revealing more as the month comes to a close. We hope you enjoy this look back at some of the posts and stories that created the most buzz throughout the year.
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds
got together in the Spring of 2007, after emerging from their
crazy love square with Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake.

Up against some fierce competitors,
David Beckham took the title of
fittest male celebrity in 2008 with a generous lead, for
the second year in a row! He was the only professional athlete included among the choices, but I felt his undeniable celebrity status and gig as a hot underwear model earned him a place in the poll.
Marathon runner
Ryan Reynolds and triathlete
Matthew McConaughey tied for second place, while buff 007 star
Daniel Craig followed closely in third.

Just like
Juicy Couture gave thanks, Coach is also showing its philanthropic side through
Coach Cares. The brand has collaborated with high-profile celebrities like Mandy Moore, Jessica Alba, and Ryan Reynolds, to spread joy this holiday season. Each star has selected a must-have holiday item — Mandy's is a
Coach Amanda Satin Foldover Clutch ($298).

Just trust me on this: Ignore the dumb-looking poster for
The Proposal and head straight to the new trailer. The romantic comedy stars Sandra Bullock as Margaret, the Canadian-born, hard-driving boss of Andrew (Ryan Reynolds — adorable!) who learns that she is about to be deported. Desperate to stay in the States, she forces Andrew to marry her.

Ryan Reynolds stopped by The Rachel Ray Show today to talk about
running the marathon for a cause so close to his heart. He didn't dish on Scarlett, but the newlywed looked fantastic and continued to charm with his personality. While on air, he was surprised by Michael J.

Mrs. and Mr. Ryan Reynolds hit the red carpet separately at the A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson's benefit for the Michael J.

Ryan Reynolds went geek chic with his glasses and
BlackBerry on a walk around Manhattan yesterday. Hopefully he enjoyed a relaxing day off from exercise after
running the NYC marathon on Sunday. That's not the only exciting part of this big week for Reynolds and his fellow Obama-supporting wife Scarlett — after
working on a PSA together, we're sure the newlyweds can't wait to watch the results roll in tonight.

Ryan Reynolds held a press conference at Tavern on the Green on Friday before running in the New York City Marathon yesterday. Ryan ran on behalf of the Michael J. Fox Foundation and in honor of his father
who had Parkinson's for the past 15 years.

British
mommy marathoner Paula Radcliffe did it again! She won the
NYC Marathon for the third time. Radcliffe, whose daughter will be two years old in January, finished the race in 2:23:56 with the second place winner crossing the finish line almost two minutes later.
A few weeks ago we showed you a
star-studded PSA featuring some of our favorite celebrities encouraging all of us to vote. The first video was a big hit, and another batch of A-listers — including Tom, Will, Julia, Leo, Scarlett, Shia, Harrison, Spielberg, JT, Cameron, Snoop, and so many more — got together to remind all of us to register and hit those polling places next Tuesday. Even if you don't need an extra reminder, the cute video is worth checking out if only for the return of Sacha Baron Cohen's absurd antics as Borat.
