If you've always wanted to be able to stand on your head and do Downward Facing Dog, then September is your month. It's National Yoga Month, and to celebrate, over 750 yoga studios across the world are offering one week of free yoga. The hope is to inspire more people to try yoga so they can reap all the physical and emotional benefits of a regular practice.

I love that September is National Yoga Month, because it inspires me to do more yoga. If you think yoga is fun and beneficial on your own, then you've got to try doing yoga with a partner. Move through this sequence together that focuses on strengthening and stretching your back, and not only will you experience a deeper stretch in your body, but you'll also deepen the connection with your partner as well.

September is National Yoga Month, and I'm sure you're expecting me to go on and on about the numerous health benefits of this sacred type of movement. I know if I do, there will be many of you who still refuse to step on a mat, and for those people, the Huffington Post brings us the top 10 reasons you should continue not to do yoga.
You enjoy looking 9 years older than you are.
You embrace those heavy metal toxins building up in your body as a bad-ass homage to your Kiss concert days.

September is a busy month. Not only is it National Yoga Month, but it's also Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Each year, over 21,000 women will be diagnosed with this disease.
