A recent Gallup poll found that the majority of American adults feel their best, on a typical day, between the hours of 5:00 am and 11:59 am, making them "morning people."
Mornings definitely have their merits, and some people find that it is the best time to schedule and stick to a workout. Others, would never classify themselves as morning people.

He's teaching a yoga class to a few bloggers and ladies of the press, and we all laugh as our legs burn.

I'm a fan of early morning workouts; they wake up the body and the mind. I always have way more energy the rest of the day, and feel good knowing I don't have to try and squeeze a workout in later. The problem is, motivating in the morning is not the easiest, and most of the time when my alarm clock goes off, I want to throw it out the window and sleep for another hour.

Celeb trainer David Kirsch took time out of his busy schedule — his days start with a 5 a.m. workout before training clients at his gym in Manhattan — to speak with me yesterday. David helped Heidi Klum walk gorgeously down the runway eight weeks after having her third child.
